Zoe Karaviotis

I am a fully qualified, insured, and professionally registered Psychosexual Therapist with a master’s level qualification. My journey into counselling began over 25 years ago after experiencing the benefits of therapy myself. Since then, I have worked extensively as a counsellor and psychotherapist, and later as a clinical supervisor supporting both qualified and trainee therapists.

I hold an MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy, an Honours Degree in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

 My interest in supporting people with sexual concerns led me to complete a master’s degree in Psychosexual Therapy. I welcome working with any sexual difficulty you may wish to bring.

I understand that discussing intimate details can feel daunting at first or, for some, like a relief to finally speak openly and without judgement. My aim is to help you feel at ease quickly, creating a calm, confidential, and safe space where you can explore whatever is on your mind.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand and address any challenges you’re facing. I’ll tailor treatment and information to your individual needs, helping you move towards positive change and a more fulfilling sexual life.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), professional accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapist society PNCPS and I am also a registered member of College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
