Biography

Many people come to therapy feeling that something about their sex life or relationships isn’t quite working — even if they can’t yet put their finger on why. Shame, anxiety, disconnection, or ongoing conflict can quietly take hold when expectations, past experiences, or social pressures begin to shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

I work with individuals and couples to explore these difficulties in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space. Using an integrative humanistic approach, I tailor our work to your needs rather than following a fixed model, supporting you to move towards greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and I offer an affirming space for diverse sexualities, genders, and relationship styles. From lived experience, I am mindful of how minority stress and internalised messages can affect intimacy, desire, and self-esteem. I am kink-aware and kink-friendly.

I also work in a neurodiversity-affirming way with both individuals and couples. Neurodivergence can influence communication, emotional regulation, intimacy, and desire. Together, we can work towards ways of relating that feel more authentic, compassionate, and sustainable.

My work integrates present-moment awareness, drawing on Gestalt principles, alongside psychodynamic thinking to explore how unconscious patterns and past experiences shape current relational and sexual concerns. Furthermore, my background in secondary education has given me extensive experience in emotional development, conflict resolution, and social and emotional anxiety, which informs my approach to relational and sexual wellbeing.
