| Biography | I am a COSRT-registered Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with many years of experience working in the NHS across mental health and trauma-informed practice. I am now bringing together this experience with my specialist psychosexual and relationship therapy training in my private practice. My approach is holistic, compassionate and person-centred. I consider the biological, psychological, relational and social factors that may influence a person’s wellbeing and relationships, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, experiences and learning style. I work with both individuals and couples, and also have experience delivering workshops and group sessions. I aim to create a warm, open and non-judgemental space where people feel safe to explore what matters to them and work towards meaningful change. |
| Issues Dealt With | I have experiencing working with Genito-pelvic pain/penetration disorder (GPPPD)( Vaginismus &Dyspareunia), erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). I often work with loss of libido and loss of desire, anorgasmia and discomfort experienced during sexual activity. I have experience exploring different relationship models, including Monogamy, Non-Monogamy, Polyamory as well as exploring sexual templates and interests to help clients gain a better understanding of their own wants, needs and barriers. I am a kink affirming practitioners with experience in working with clients exploring their practice and relationship styles. |
