Hello! I’m an accredited Sex & Relationship Psychotherapist, qualified supervisor and general counsellor, and specialist trainer in neurodivergence.

Beyond clinical expertise, I bring an innate awareness to the complex internal worlds we often struggle to navigate alone. My therapeutic work is an ongoing partnership for the beautifully unconventional.

As a queer, multi-neurodivergent, and mixed-race person, my lived experience informs a practice, in which you can stop masking and be truly seen.

Using a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach, I ensure you feel heard, held, and safe. I help you forge a relational path that is authentically yours.
