I am an experienced psychotherapist offering compassionate support for adults and young people. My approach is customised to your unique needs and goals, drawing on trauma-informed principles to address a broad range of emotional, relational, and personal challenges. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and work towards meaningful change and healing.

With professional experience in the NHS, charity sector, and Local Authorities, I specialise in working with complex and developmental trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship and intimacy difficulties, and self-esteem issues.

I hold an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Low-Intensity Psychological Interventions, a CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Children, a Master’s degree in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy, and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision. Over the years, I have completed various trainings that have enhanced my qualifications and refined my skills, including Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Building Underdeveloped Sensorimotor Systems, Therapeutic Life Story Work, and Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, among others.

I bring a diverse, multicultural perspective to therapy, shaped by my experiences living in multiple countries and engaging with varied communities. I am deeply committed to recognising and promoting diversity, ensuring that intersectionality is a core component of my practice. I operate within a bio-psychosocial framework, and I am GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity) aware, supporting individuals of all genders, sexualities, and relationship configurations.
