I have been working as a psychosexual therapist for 30 years, helping couples and individuals to overcome sexual and relationship problems. such as Depression Anxiety Trauma Addiction and the devastating impact of affairs.

I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I have trained in all the main areas of psychotherapy so that I can work with you in a unique and individual way that best suits your needs.

My therapy room, in Park Street, St Albans, is convenient for the catchment area around St Albans such as London Colney, Radlett, Colney Heath, Potters Bar, Ware, Welwyn, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hitchin, Stevenage, Watford, Hemel Hempstead. People from Bedfordshire, Essex, London or indeed anywhere else are of course welcome too. There is a railway station 4 minutes walk from the Therapy Room.

In these confidential surroundings we can explore, understand and overcome your difficulties whether presenting as an individual or couple, for sexual relationship or general therapy issues.
