Reaching out about a sexual difficulty can feel harder than almost any other kind of help-seeking. If you’re here, you’ve already done something brave.

I’m Simon, a psychosexual psychotherapist based in London, also trained in CBT and EMDR. I work integratively, drawing on compassion-focused therapy, ACT, and mindfulness alongside my core trainings, depending on what feels right for you. I’ve been working in mental health since 2014, in the field since 2006, and split my time between NHS work with Practitioner Health and private practice.

I work with a broad range of presentations, and I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, and in issues of shame, identity, and self-acceptance. Sexual difficulties rarely exist in isolation, so we’ll take the time to understand the wider picture, not just the presenting problem.

I’m BABCP accredited and COSRT registered. Above all, I aim to offer a space that’s warm, non-judgemental, and genuinely collaborative, therapy works best when it feels like something we’re doing together.
