Biography

Sex and relationship difficulties are far more common than most people realise — but they can still feel very lonely to face.

I am an integrative psychosexual, relationship and trauma therapist working with individuals and couples who want to better understand what is happening in their sexual or relational lives.

Many people come to sex therapy feeling confused, stuck or ashamed about difficulties they haven’t felt able to talk about elsewhere. I work in a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental way to help clients explore these experiences safely and at their own pace.

I support people with a wide range of psychosexual concerns, including differences in desire, erectile difficulties, orgasm concerns, pain during sex, sexual compulsivity, intimacy difficulties and questions around sexual identity or kink. I also work with clients whose sexual experiences have been affected by trauma, shame or past abuse.

Alongside private practice, I work within an NHS sexual health service as a Psychosexual Therapist. Earlier in my career I worked as an advocate within a rape crisis organisation supporting survivors of sexual violence, which informs my trauma-responsive approach to therapy.

My work is grounded in a biopsychosocial perspective, which means I look at the full picture, recognising that sexual difficulties are often shaped by physical, psychological and relational factors.

I aim to create a space where clients feel able to talk in a relaxed, open way about sex, intimacy and relationships without judgement, while working towards greater understanding, confidence and connection. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself, your body, and the ways you experience intimacy and sex.

I am GSRD-affirmative and a trans ally, and I work inclusively across diverse sexual, relational and gender identities.
