| Biography | I’m a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist, based in London, working with individuals, couples and relationship clients. I offer both in-person and online therapy, and believe that change begins from a genuine, trusting connection. I help people who feel stuck in their relationships, whether that’s sexual issues, recurring conflict, feeling unheard, or wanting to understand patterns that seem to repeat. You don’t have to be in a relationship to work with me: I also support individuals exploring identity, trauma, self-esteem, family dynamics and early attachment wounds. My approach is integrative: I draw from models such as attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, trauma-informed neuroscience, Transactional Analysis, somatic and mindfulness practices. I also sometimes use creative methods (for example, SandStory Therapy) when clients feel that would help. I’ve trained in relationship therapy (including the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy), integrative psychotherapy, creative therapy for children and young people, and hold an MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy. I supervise other therapists and run training relationship therapy, SandStory Therapy and safeguarding work. I’m a registered member of COSRT and BACP.
Sessions for individuals are usually 50 minutes; Relationship clients are 60-90 minutes I offer a free 15-20 minute phone conversation before the first session so we can see if we’re a good fit. |
