Extended Profile

I have been working as a couples therapist for 15 years and as a Psychosexual therapist for the last 10 years. I am passionate about my work and believe that change is possible and that problems can be overcome. I work from an integrative perspective, aiming to find a structure that suits you rather than trying to make you fit my way of working. I work with a wide range of relationship and sexual problems.

I am very aware of the difficulties facing couples where a terminal or life limiting diagnosis has been received. Sometimes it is very hard to keep the intimate core of a relationship alive when time is suddenly short. I work with couples to find ways of keeping their relationship strong in the midst of illness.

I have wheelchair acces to my therapy room, but no disabled toilet.

I welcome people who are coming to terms with spinal injury or loss of mobility, who are trying to re-establish an intimate relationship with an existing partner, or who would like to build confidence to go out and meet/date people.

LGBT clients very welcome
