Biography

I am an accredited psychosexual (sex) psychotherapist and accredited supervisor working with individuals and couples/more than two relationships. I specialise in relationships but also work with most other issues including anxiety (including social and performance anxiety), depression, trauma (including abuse and PTSD), phobias, addictions, sexuality and gender issues.
I am sex positive, non-judgemental and happy to work with polyamorous and LGBTQ+ clients and  relationships as well as kink and consensual BDSM.

My original training was person-centred and the Rogerian principles of empathic listening and reflection inform my work. My psychodynamic training can help you to understand the links between past and current behaviours in relationships and my use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) can help you to see the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours and begin to make small changes in order to improve resilience and reach your goals and full potential.

Rates and Discounts

Individual therapy is from £95.00 and couples from £150.00. I also offer low cost therapy through therapists on placement with me completing the postgraduate London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy. Your requirements can be discussed in an initial free 15 minute Zoom consultation.
