| Biography | I am a Sex and Relationship therapist able to offer inclusive sex and/or relationship therapy that encompasses diverse identities, abilities and relationship styles. If you have any issues around sex, no matter what they look like or feel like, I can support you. My practice is mostly face to face on a Monday evening and all day on a Tuesday
On Monday evenings (4pm-9pm) I offer face to face support in my Cardiff location
On Tuesdays (2-8pm) I offer face to face support in my Pontypridd location
For online support I offer one off solution-focused sessions for an hour and 45 minutes. I am afraid I am not available online for regular, ongoing therapy.

I worked with the Gender Identity Service Transplus for 4 years, which is based in 56 Dean St. I worked as a Psychosexual Therapist for these service users. I moved to full time private practice work in February 2025.
I qualified as a Supervisor in October 2023. |
