| Biography | I’m a qualified psychosexual & relationship therapist, certified in trauma (sexual abuse) and couples work. I support clients facing sex, relationship, and personal challenges, helping them build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and strengthen a deeper connection with themselves. My approach combines sexology, evidence-based talking therapy, mind-body awareness techniques, and elements of ISTDP, a therapy that helps connect with and process emotions, in a safe, supportive space. |
