| Biography | I am an integrative therapist based in Doncaster, UK. I have significant experience working with neurodivergent clients for individual and couples/ family work and believe that everyone has the ability to engage with therapy when it is presented in the correct way. I use a number of different types of therapy dependent on what the clients needs are and am very adaptable. If something does not feel right for you I am more than happy to work with you to find an alternative approach that works better. I am highly compassionate will work with you to ensure you feel safe to be open about your thoughts and feelings. I also have experience working with other areas such as anxiety, grief (including miscarriage and birth trauma), spirituality/ religion and family therapy. |
