Biography

I am a COSRT-accredited sexologist and relationship therapist, an contemporary psychotherapist, and an accredited Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) therapist with Pink Therapy. I am also a skilled EMDR practitioner, registered with EMDR UK.

In my practice, I support both individuals and couples with concerns such as sexual difficulties, mismatched desire, relational challenges, and trauma. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, offering personalised strategies to help clients better understand their experiences and create meaningful change in their sexual and relational lives.

As a dedicated LGBTQIA+ ally, I work inclusively with clients across the spectrum of gender, sexuality, erotic, and relationship diversities (GSRD). This includes people who are polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, trans and non-binary, sex workers, and those in kink communities.

My therapeutic style focuses on reducing shame and empowering clients to develop solutions that work uniquely for them. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I collaborate closely with clients to normalise their experiences within both personal and wider societal contexts.

I draw on a pluralistic toolkit—including EMDR, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Hypno-Psychotherapy—to adapt therapy flexibly to each client’s needs. This integrated approach ensures that the work we do together is tailored to your goals, whether you are seeking to resolve sexual challenges, deepen intimacy, or strengthen your relationship
