Biography

I am an accredited psycho sexual therapist with COSRT practising for 10 years both privately and for the NHS.
I have also qualified as an accredited CBT practitioner registered with BABCP.
I am a counselling psychologist registered with HCPC and practitioner registered with UKCP.
I have experience of working as a psychologist and supervisor in a busy psychology service in London and in addition, work as a clinical health psychologist in long term conditions. I provide assessment and treatment in the areas of relationship problems, sexual difficulties, depression, social anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress, generalised anxiety disorder, panic, obsessive and compulsive disorder and phobia’s.
I have interest and training in Mindfulness and EMDR therapy.
My professional experience and learning has helped to support many client’s experiencing distress and difficulties in life with professional care and compassion. I have knowledge of a number of skills and interventions which promotes client choice.
