Sex and relationships can be difficult, and gaining the courage to see a Sex Therapist can be daunting, however, you don’t have to struggle alone.  I understand how difficult it can be to have the language to talk about sex and relationships and I can help you with this.  I work fully online, I am also neurodivergent practice informed and I work with many individuals and relationships to support people with ADHD, AuDHD, ADD, Autism, dyslexia or who identify as neurodivergent.   Before starting private practice, I held positions at a North London charity specialising in relationship and individual therapy and a central London clinic specialising in support, and professional therapeutic training in compulsive sexual behaviour.  I am a Psychotherapist and Sex & Relationship Therapist and a registered member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists and an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
