As a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist I offer help with individuals, couples and people in all forms of relationship, across all sexualities and identities. I offer a pluralistic, person-centred approach within a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore intimacy, desire, sexuality and the emotional patterns that shape how we relate — to ourselves and to others.

Alongside my private practice, I currently work as a Psychosexual Counsellor within an NHS Urology clinic in South London. Here, I offer a specialised holistic approach supporting males experiencing sexual issues such as ED PE and prostate cancer.  I also have over ten years’ experience working in frontline community mental health services across London.

My approach is integrative, humanistic, relational and trauma-aware. I draw on a biopsychosocial perspective, recognising that sexual challenges rarely exist in isolation and may be influenced by our bodies, health, emotions, relationships, personal histories and wider social and cultural context.

At the heart of my practice is an interest in erotic intelligence — understanding desire as a creative life force that can support vitality, connection and self-knowledge. I am interested in what happens in the space between ourselves and others: how we experience intimacy, how our histories shape our sexual lives, and how shame, expectations and relationship patterns can sometimes make it difficult to feel at ease with ourselves or with another person.

My aim is to meet each person and each relationship with curiosity, care and respect, creating a warm friendly calm space where vulnerability and awareness can be explored safely and at your own pace.
