I’m an integrative therapist with a background mental health, yoga and experience in tantric practices which provide the underpinning of my process with clients. I use both holistic and evidence based practices to offer an opportunity for clients to learn about themselves, promote personal growth and support clients in acknowledging their agency in their work with me. This can include understanding attachment styles, introducing mindful practices such as breathwork & meditations or taking a psychodynamic approach to challenge unhelpful sexual & self beliefs.

I aim to create a safe and supportive space in which clients can explore themes such as shame & anxiety, & the impact of familial, social and cultural experiences on their current sexual or relationship concerns.

Difficulties that I typically work with include but are not limited to; sexual pain, anorgasmia, erectile dysfunction, communication, exploring intricacies of poly & open relationships, sexual anxieties & compulsions among others. I also provide psychotherapy or counselling for individuals whose concerns are not primarily sexual or relationship based.

Above all, in my practice I strive to support and cultivate my client’s journey towards self-love & compassion, connection & openness, & body-mind unity to promote balance and celebration of each person as an individual.
