| Biography | I am a Psychosexual Psychotherapist based in Manchester (seeing clients virtually), with experience in helping individuals and couples from various walks of life overcome an array of relationship, identity and sexual difficulties. Psychosexual Therapy can give you the space to explore your feelings, without judgement, about sex. You may feel hopeless about your sexual abilities or relationship, and that you have “tried everything” with no success. Working with a psychosexual therapist can enhance your own understanding of your body and sexual functioning. If you are in a relationship, couple therapy can address sexual and intimacy difficulties, with a focus on communication and the couple working together to address difficulties. I have trained within an NHS Psychosexual Service where I continue to work, and I am a GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity) friendly therapist.
