I’m a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist based in Suffolk, offering in-person and online support for individuals and couples with sexual function concerns, intimacy, and relationship challenges. With over 20 years’ experience in the NHS, Sexual health and Menopause care. I hold an advanced menopause certification and have a keen interest in how menopause can affect our sexuality, identity and relationships. My training allows me to bring a broader perspective than the medical model alone, using a bio-psycho-social approach to understand the complex interplay between biology, psychology, and social context.
