| Biography | My name is Munjeeta (she/ they). I am a client-centred sex and relationship therapist working integratively with people who want to explore sex and relationships outside of traditional western societal norms. If you are queer, kinky, and/ or nonmonogamous (or curious about any of these things) then I might be the right fit for you! I value collaboration and believe the relationship between myself and my clients to be an integral part of the therapy process. I am an integrative therapist and I work pluralistically. This means I draw on different tools and techniques from a range of therapeutic approaches to help me tailor my work to you as an individual. As well as working intersectionally, affirmatively and anti-oppressively, I use a bio-psycho-social model as a framework. This means we will explore the interplay of biological, psychological and social factors on the challenges you are having. My past experience as a teacher means I value psycho-education (aka adult sex ed) as a foundational part of my practice. |
