| Biography | Hello and Welcome. Reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful first step on the path to healing. You don’t have to take it alone. Is it too late for therapy?I hear this question often. The honest answer is—if you’re here and open to giving it a real try, then it’s probably not too late. Therapy is a collaborative process, and if you’re willing to commit, we’ll work together to address the issues and find a path forward. That said, starting sooner rather than later often leads to better outcomes—so the earlier you reach out, the more space we have to make meaningful progress. My aim is to help you move forward as I am solution based —whether that’s gaining clarity, breaking unhelpful patterns, or building more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others. Clients often describe me as warm and approachable, yet gently challenging when needed. I work with care to help you uncover the roots of your pain, gain insight, and grow the confidence to create meaningful and lasting change For Individual Psychosexual Therapy, we will work towards what issues are troubling you and how it is presenting in your daily life and relationships. It is “peeling the onion” to find the main reasons and similarly learning more about yourself. the triggers, your past and how it surfaces in your life. We will draw out a treatment plan and provide techniques to best suit you and work together to resolve them. For Relationship Therapy, in most cases, both partners contribute to the tension in the relationship. So when we address the couple, we have to address the individuals. In couples therapy, you’ll learn more about yourself, your triggers, and your past and how that affects your partner. We will draw out a treatment plan and provide useful easy to use techniques to best suit you and work together to resolve them. |
