I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges around sex, intimacy, and connection. Clients often come to me experiencing low desire, pain during sex (including vaginismus), desire discrepancy, or feeling disconnected from themselves or their partner. Many are impacted by menopause, stress, body confidence, or relationship strain. Some feel stuck in patterns of avoidance or frustration, while others want to reconnect with pleasure, improve communication, and rebuild emotional and physical intimacy in a safe, supportive space.

I specialise in psychosexual and relationship therapy, offering support for low desire, pain during sex, intimacy issues, and relationship challenges. I work with individuals and couples using a warm, intuitive, and relational approach. I offer online, in-person, extended sessions, intensive therapy days, and structured online programmes.

Talking about sex and intimacy can feel difficult, and you may have been holding this alone for some time. You will be met with warmth, honesty, and without judgement.
