Melissa Pleciak

I’m a COSRT-registered Integrative Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Therapist based in Bristol, supporting individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, desire, and connection. My practice is compassionate, inclusive, and affirming – whether you’re exploring your sexuality, healing from past experiences, or seeking deeper emotional closeness.

​With a background in Psychology and Counselling, and a strong foundation in human sexuality and relationships, I offer a space that’s warm, grounded, and without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, accessible, and yes sometimes sprinkled with humour. I believe that talking about sex and relationships shouldn’t be scary, and that it can be insightful, empowering, and even enjoyable.

​I work online from my home office in Bristol via Zoom, which means I can support clients all over the UK. I will consider requests for in-person sessions in Bristol and accommodate where possible . My clinical experience includes placements with Sex Therapy Herts, Your Time to Talk, and Womankind, alongside three years managing supported housing for young people and parents with complex trauma.
