My therapeutic practice takes an eclectic approach to therapy that includes Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Systemic techniques. I work with individuals and couples offering sexual and relationship therapy as a specialism.
In recent years, I have worked with an increasing number of couples and individuals who are affected by sex addiction, as internet pornography, and sexual networks through other mediums have increased in number and accessibility. As a result of participating in further training in Sexual Addiction I have broadened my skills and scope in enabling people to rebuild lives that have been shattered by this addiction, either as addicts or partners. Sexual addiction and compulsivity is an area of great concern in our society. It is imperative that there is access to treatment for those who wish to address their addictive or compulsive behaviours.
