| Biography | I work with individuals and couples seeking support with sexual difficulties, intimacy and relationship concerns. My practice encompasses both psychosexual and relationship therapy, recognising that these difficulties may arise independently or be closely connected. As a Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist with extensive experience in specialist NHS services and the voluntary sector, I bring together psychological understanding, medical knowledge and practical, evidence-informed interventions. My experience working within multidisciplinary teams enables me to consider the interplay between physical, emotional and relational factors, while recognising when additional medical assessment or support from other specialists may be beneficial. Therapy is a collaborative process, centred on your individual concerns and goals. Together, we can work towards addressing your difficulties through discussion, practical strategies and exercises tailored to your needs. This work is grounded in warmth, understanding and respect, creating a space where sensitive or difficult experiences can be explored without judgement and at a pace that feels safe. |
