As an experienced counsellor and therapist  I have been working alongside couples and individuals since 2012. I have over 12 years of experience in providing one to one, couple, and relationship therapy, with a focus on psycho-sexual issues. I use evidence based  interventions to address the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of emotional  health and well-being. I am passionate about empowering my clients to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, while respecting their diversity and uniqueness. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, as well as sharing my knowledge and expertise with other practitioners and the public.
