Biography

I am a UKCP-accredited, COSRT registered, fully qualified relationship and psychosexual psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, with over 10 years of experience. I work with couples, individuals and groups. I offer a warm and open approach using different therapeutic techniques depending on who you are, and what you are bringing. For me, the relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the therapeutic work we do.

I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and a certificate in Relational Couples Therapy. I am trained in EMDR and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision. I am an accredited and full clinical member of the UKCP abiding by their code of ethics in practice.

I am a Director of the group practice The Thought House Partnership and work in private practice in London and Somerset. I run groups at Wessex Counselling and Psychotherapy Training and am part of the team at the Trauma Foundation South West. Previously I have worked in the NHS and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
