Biography

I am a psychosexual therapist specialising in sexual health, intimate relationships, and the emotional complexities that shape how we connect with ourselves and others.

My work focuses on supporting both individuals and couples, with particular experience working with men, especially those navigating expectations around masculinity, performance, vulnerability, and intimacy. While I have a strong interest in men’s experiences, my practice is inclusive and open to people of all genders, identities, and relationship styles.

I work across private, clinical, and NHS settings, supporting clients through a wide range of sensitive and often deeply personal concerns. My experience includes working with diverse and sometimes underserved communities, including LGBTQ+ clients, people living with HIV, migrants, sex workers, and individuals with disabilities. I bring a respectful, informed, and discreet approach to each client’s unique context.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am completing a Master’s in Global Sexual and Reproductive Health, which strengthens my understanding of cultural differences, health inequalities, and inclusive care. This allows me to offer a thoughtful, tailored approach that reflects the complexity of modern relationships and identities.

My style is calm, open, and non-judgmental. I create a space where difficult or rarely spoken topics can be explored safely and with honesty. Whether working with individuals or couples, I aim to support deeper self-understanding, improved communication, and more fulfilling emotional and intimate connections.

I am also committed to making therapy adaptable and accessible, shaping the work around each client’s needs, communication style, and personal circumstances.
