Biography

You deserve expert, discreet support from a therapist who truly sees and understands you.

Whatever you have been carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone anymore. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you get here; we can do it together at a pace that suits you.

As a pluralistic therapist, I specialise in guiding clients towards greater confidence, connection, and empowerment in their sexual and relational experiences. My approach embraces neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ identities, fostering a collaborative, warm environment that welcomes all relationship styles, including ethical non-monogamy and kink.

I use a collaborative and integrative approach, which is flexible and responsive to client needs. I believe all clients are unique individuals who benefit from different approaches at different points in their journey. Therefore, I tailor therapy to you. I draw on techniques from various schools of thought, such as cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches, as well as others.

Genuine change begins the moment you feel safe enough. I offer a judgment-free space where you can make sense of your experiences, moving towards healthier relationships. If you’re ready to see a more confident, fulfilling intimate life, I’m here to help you get there.
