Biography

I work with individuals and couples navigating some of the most tender and often unspoken parts of relationships and intimacy. My practice focuses on helping partners heal after infidelity, rebuild trust, and find ways to navigate conflict and communicate with greater ease. I also support people through the physical and emotional weight of fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma — experiences that can quietly reshape relationships and a person’s sense of self.

In my psychosexual practice, I work with clients facing difficulties with arousal and orgasm, as well as couples and individuals navigating mismatched or absent desire. These challenges rarely exist in isolation, and are often bound up with questions of trust, body image, past experience, shame, or simply never having had the space to talk openly about sex. My work blends talking therapy, to explore and understand what’s underneath, with practical exercises that rebuild the connection between mind and body, treating this integration as core to resolution.

My approach is direct but non-judgmental, drawing on psychodynamic and relational thinking to meet clients where they are. I aim to create a space where difficult conversations feel possible, and where healing — sexual, emotional, or relational — can take root. Having lived and worked across the UK, Australia, India, the Middle East, and Spain, I bring a culturally aware, inclusive perspective, along with experience working with couples from different heritage backgrounds, expats and long-distance relationships. My past as an anthropologist deepens this: I see people as inseparable from the socio-cultural and family worlds they belong to.
