Most of us know relationships can be wonderful…and also surprisingly hard. Even the most loving couples can find themselves stuck in familiar loops – from mysteriously intense debates about the dishwasher to that uncomfortable feeling of being miles apart without quite knowing how you got there.

I work in an integrative way, alongside using the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), which explores how our brains, bodies, and attachment histories shape the way we argue, connect, and sometimes miss each other altogether. Together, we slow things down, get curious about what’s really happening between you, and practise finding your way back to a sense of safety and connection.

I won’t tell you whether you should stay together or part ways. Instead, if you hire me our work will be about helping you understand yourselves and each other more deeply – skills that tend to ripple out and are useful in all areas of life. My style is collaborative, honest, and steady, grounded in the belief that even the most stubborn relational patterns can shift with the right mix of insight and care.
