Kelly Mattiello

As a Registered Psychosexual Therapist, I work with individuals and partner(s) who want to understand and overcome challenges around intimacy, desire, and connection. Together, we explore what may be getting in the way of confidence or pleasure, and find ways to rebuild closeness and trust — both with yourself and others.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw on my background in person-centred practice to create a space where you can feel truly heard and supported. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy and how psychosexual therapy might help. Over time, we’ll deepen our understanding of your experiences, uncover contributing factors, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. When helpful, I may introduce gentle exercises — individually or with your partner(s) — to support awareness, connection, and comfort.

My practice is mindful and inclusive, welcoming the full spectrum of gender, sexual, and relationship diversity (GSRD), including LGBTQIA+ identities, kink, and non-monogamous relationship styles.
