I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with a background in education, bringing a deep passion for psychoeducation into my therapeutic work. I believe that understanding our bodies and our relationships is a powerful foundation for creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. The therapy space is yours – whatever you bring is valid.

I work from a pluralistic perspective, recognising that there is no single approach that works for everyone. Together, we will find the methods that best suit your needs and goals. Alongside talking therapy, I often incorporate experiential strategies to help you move beyond insight alone, supporting deeper emotional understanding.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, particularly when discussing topics that are often associated with shame and stigma. Whether you’re coming to therapy as an individual, a couple, or as part of a multi-partnered relationship, my role is to help make that experience feel safe and supportive.
