Biography

Kate Moyle is an Accredited Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist and Psycho-Sexologist in Central London. She is the author of The Science of Sex which was published in September 2023 (DK) and is the host of The Sexual Wellness Sessions Podcast.

She specialises in working with those that are struggling with difficulties with their relationships and sex lives, including many in their twenties and thirties who are impacted by the stresses of modern
life. She considers sexual problems or sexual dysfunctions in
terms of their personal context and meaning and the role it
holds for the person as an individual. Kate often works with
people to recognise their personal understanding of their
sexuality and sexual health; with the view that issues have roots
in psychology, emotion, the physical body, and a person’s
history and culture. Ultimately her aim is to help people get to a
place of relationship and sexual health, happiness and
wellbeing.
Kate is a regular media contributor on the topic of sex and
relationships, and is passionate about having open, honest and
realistic conversations to break the taboo around these topics.
She is the UK Sex Expert for luxury sex toy brand Lelo, and is a regular media contributor, podcast guest, panelist and expert in the field of sexual wellbeing. She has also consulted for and partnered with brands such as Headspace, Boots and This Works for their campaigns. She has her own private therapy practice
in Central London, and also Co-Founded and is Director of The
Thought House Partnership, which offers a multi-disciplinary
approach of therapies.
