Karen Doherty

I am a couple therapist and relationship coach. My work is international and I do only work with couples, helping them to learn how to calm crisis, embrace difference, communicate and repair communication breakdowns. I speak  to couples across all life stages, those starting out, life transition, couples in crisis, affair recovery, loss of sexual and intimate connection and the challenges and nature of ageing.  For the past 12 years I have specialised in relationships impacted by neuro divergence and now run regular webinars and seminars for couples needing help.I work with the charity ADHD Aware  and have written a coupes course for them which I co host three times a year.

I am passionate about relationships. When one feels as if there is another on their team then life, work, managing family, finance, career and and illness can feel less daunting. The quality of our relationships enhances the quality of our lived experience and the couple dynamic is the most challenging and yet progressive way for us to grow, live, love and thrive.
