| Biography | I am a COSRT-accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist, Clinical Sexologist, Advanced Couple Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor based in London. I specialise in supporting individuals and relationships/couples with a wide range of sexual and relational difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, evidence-based, and integrative. I draw on psychodynamic, systemic, and behavioural models, adapting my work to meet the unique needs, identities, and lived experiences of each client. I am particularly committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to neurodivergent clients and those with complex relational or developmental histories. Alongside my clinical work, I am a Director and lead a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, where I train, supervise, and mentor therapists. I am passionate about shaping the future of the field, particularly in advancing trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice within psychosexual and relationship therapy. I bring leadership, clinical depth, and a strong commitment to professional standards. I am accredited by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists and remain actively engaged in ongoing professional development, training, and supervision. In my practice, I offer a warm, direct, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore sensitive issues safely and confidentially. I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, supportin them to build healthier relationships, deepen intimacy, and create meaningful, lasting change. |
