I am a pluralist therapist which means I'm not trained in one modality. I use approaches and interventions from many modalities in order to provide a bespoke treatment plan for each individual. In saying that my leaning would be towards psychodynamic, humanist with behavioural interventions such as CBT and mindfulness. I work collaboratively with you to make sure the work we do together has a beneficial outcome.
