Biography

I believe open and honest communication lies at the heart of meaningful relationships. Yet sometimes the people closest to us can be the hardest to talk to. Speaking with someone impartial can feel safer and more manageable than opening up to family or friends.

As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, I offer a supportive and confidential space where you can explore whatever is on your mind. My background in sexual health showed me how powerful it can be to have a safe environment to talk openly about sensitive topics such as sex, intimacy and relationships. This led me to train further in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.

Discussing sex or relationship concerns can feel uncomfortable, frightening or even embarrassing. However, these experiences are deeply human and far more common than many people realise. By combining general counselling with psychosexual therapy, I aim to provide a non-judgemental space where nothing is taboo and where you can explore things at your own pace.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic approaches. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual — there is no one-size-fits-all method. Above all, I aim to support you in a space that values your autonomy, your pace and your voice.

I am a registered member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their respective ethical frameworks to ensure safe and effective practice.
