Biography

As an Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist, I provide evidence-based and compassionate psychotherapy for a range of issues, including trauma, sexual trauma, compulsive sexual behaviour, a range of sexual difficulties, relationship difficulties, fertility issues, infidelity, cross-cultural relationships, erectile dysfunction (variability), vaginismus, compulsive porn use, conflict, lgbt and queer issues, painful sex, communication, relationship conflict and more.

I’m sensitive to helping people who’ve had previous negative experiences in therapy. With Chinese and Spanish heritage and background in Sociology and Social Policy, I bring a multicultural and systemic perspective. I’m attentive to the personal aspects of intimacy and relationships and to cultural and societal dynamics that shape how we experience them. I offer a warm, discreet and collaborative approach. I’m appropriately trained and affirm and welcome diversity in gender, sexuality and relationships. I help clients understand unhelpful patterns and develop new ways of relating to themselves and to others. Together we can learn to create more meaning and make space for new possibilities
