Talking about sexual problems can be difficult, and when things go wrong in this area emotions can run high affecting other areas of our lives. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space which makes this subject easier to explore.

I take a holistic approach to sexual issues which involves sexual education, self-help tools and the therapeutic relationship to support individuals and couples in rediscovering themselves sexually, and developing a more conscious sexual self-esteem.

Many sexual issues respond well to this therapeutic approach and apply equally well in individual and couples counselling.
