Hello, I provide individual, couple, and multi-partner psychosexual and relationship therapy. This is a space for you to explore your sense of sexual self, how you connect with this, and find new ways to approach this aspect of your life. I provide therapy online and have availability during the week.

The sexual self is unique, individual and evolves through the lifespan. Most people will experience changes and challenges at various points in their life, or perhaps you are looking to explore your understanding of yourself? Psychosexual and relationship therapy provides a space to explore your sexual self, your relationships, and how things could change in a supportive and compassionate environment. I believe in a sex positive, empowering framework which recognises the diversity of human sexual expression.
