| Biography | I am a qualified and COSRT registered Counsellor, Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist. I have 5 years in my field and specialise in helping individuals or couples who are experiencing sexual and /or relationship difficulties and work with a wide range of presenting issues. I also work with individuals who are seeking therapy for personal needs, or who are facing issues such as anxiety & depression. Through my private practise I provide an empathic, safe and nurturing environment in which these issues can be understood and worked through. Although starting therapy can sometimes feel like a daunting experience, it can lead to a better understanding of one’s self and others we relate to.
