| Biography | I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space for couples to explore relationship, intimacy, parenting, SEN, and emotional wellbeing difficulties. My approach is ensuring affordable and accessible counselling which is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, recognising that relationships and intimacy can be influenced by past experiences, communication patterns, stress, identity, self-esteem, and emotional connection. My aim is to create a safe and confidential environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand themselves and their relationships. I believe therapy should feel accessible, collaborative, and achievable, whether you are attending as an individual or as part of a couple. I offer online and telephone counselling sessions with flexible appointments available, alongside a free 30-minute introductory session to help you decide whether therapy with me feels right for you.
