| Psychosexual Therapy Qualifications | Be seen and be heard
I offer bespoke Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, providing highly specialist support for both relationships and individuals. My work is collaborative, respectful and tailored to each client’s unique situation.
I work with a small caseload, allowing me to prepare carefully for each appointment. My approach is warm, supportive and ethical, and I take time to research and plan each session with care.
I am an experienced Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist working online and in Essex. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy (Level 7). This qualifies me to offer specialist psychosexual and relationship therapy to individuals, couples and throuples.
I also hold an accredited Certificate in Counselling Skills and Practice, and have completed additional training to become COSRT Online Therapy trained and certified. This enables me to deliver safe and effective therapy online as well as in person. In addition, I offer telephone sessions where clinically appropriate.
I have been trained by StopSO and hold a certificate in Managing Sexual Risk. I also hold a certificate in Working Therapeutically with Children (aged 12-18 years) and their Families around harmful sexual behaviours.
I am committed to ongoing professional development. My current and forthcoming training includes working with relationships, stress, harmful sexual behaviour, grief and loss.

| Biography | Before training as a therapist, I worked in tv, radio, teaching and assessment. Communication has always been central to my career, and the skills developed in the media now support my therapeutic work, helping couples, multi-partner relationships and individuals to communicate more clearly, confidently and compassionately.
I have worked as a Psychosexual Therapist with Relate, and have experience supporting clients in the NHS, the Royal Air Force and the University of Cambridge.
I am a Clinical Skills Tutor at the Institute of Psychosexual Psychotherapy. I am also the Mentoring co-ordinator at Pink Therapy. I bring lived experience of gender, sex and relationship diversity, and work affirmatively with diverse identities and relationship structures.
I hold a Master’s degree in Journalism and previously worked as a university assessor. These varied professional experiences enrich my therapeutic practice, which clients often describe as dynamic, thoughtful and a rare space in which they can truly be seen and heard.

| Types of Therapy Used | I create a unique experience with a pluralistic approach using a variety of therapy to suit each client. This includes Sex Therapy, Relationship Therapy, Human Givens, Somatic (no touch) and CBT. There is no one size fits all in sex positivity and size acceptance. Working together we can identify goals – and with practical exercises – we can start working on what is going on and what needs to be put in place to help you feel better. |
