Psychodynamic counsellor working with individuals and couples who may be in distress. My work entails allowing a supportive and holding space into which difficult feelings and emotions can be thought about in a safe space. Much of the work entails sitting in the unknown together and allowing a space to reflect on what that feels like. Once clients feel stable and settled in the thinking space, together we might think about the concept of change and what that might look like. No leading questions or presumptions are made and clients are free to make use of the space as they wish using free association.
