Biography

Having worked for 20 years as a relationship therapist and 12 years as a psychosexual therapist I have supported many couples and individuals in developing satisfying general and sexual relationships.
I can help you to: communicate more clearly and openly about sex; feel more confident in how you are sexually; and overcome a range of specific sexual difficulties.
In my experience, by gentle pacing of at-home activities combined with sensitive discussion in the therapy room powerful shifts can be achieved in sexual relationships.
