With a background in nursing, sexual health, and clinical sexology, I understand how physical ill health, ageing, trauma, and emotional stress can deeply affect our sexual selves and relationships.

I have a special interest in hormonal health and have worked successfully with many men experiencing erectile dysfunction, understanding the complex emotional and physical impact it can have.
