| Biography | Welcome, I am Hannah Elliott. I am an Integrative therapist, I initially trained as a Psychosexual and Trauma therapist with a particular focus on the Mind-Body connection, how our physical symptoms are linked to suppressed emotions and the stories that we keep inside. I lead from a Psychotherapeutic and Energy Psychology perspective, which allows me to address the emotional, mental and physical aspects of an individual. Working integratively, I use a range of styles to help explore and understand the presenting issues in your own individual journey. Sessions are designed to teach you how to best support yourself and to empower you within your own sexuality and your relationship with your body and others. My approach to sexuality and emotional healing aims to restore inner balance, enhances resilience to stress, increases vitality and improves capacity to engage actively in sexual and relational experiences. We will explore everything from clearing issues from past patterns, rewiring outdated beliefs for fullness in your sexual connection and freedom of expression. I am committed to helping women return to their body, to listen without judgement and provide a supportive safe space, at whatever pace it may take. Understanding the internalised pressures and experiences often encountered through intimacy and sexuality, I am to work with these conflicts as healing opportunities. To help resolve and release any stuck emotions where prolonged over time, can start to manifest as physical symptoms. I believe that there is no relationship of greater importance than that between you and your physical body. |
